Acceptance & Lawful Use القبول والاستخدام المشروع
By accessing or using ASWAQ360, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all laws and regulations applicable to you. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the website and its services.
بدخولك إلى أسواق 360 أو استخدام خدماتها، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وبجميع الأنظمة واللوائح السارية عليك. وإذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، فيجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام الموقع وخدماته.
You may not use ASWAQ360 for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation or security of the platform, to attempt unauthorized access, or in any manner that infringes the rights of ASWAQ360 or any third party.
لا يجوز استخدام أسواق 360 لأي غرض غير مشروع، أو للتدخل في تشغيل المنصة أو أمنها، أو لمحاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، أو بأي طريقة تنتهك حقوق أسواق 360 أو حقوق أي طرف آخر.

ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، فإن منصة أسواق 360 ومحتواها الأصلي وعلامتها التجارية وتصاميمها وواجهاتها وأبحاثها ومؤشراتها ومنهجياتها التحليلية وموادها المكتوبة ورسوماتها وغيرها من المواد المملوكة هي ملك لأسواق 360 أو مرخصة لها.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected ASWAQ360 content or systems without prior authorization.
ولا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو إعادة نشر أو توزيع أو جمع أو بيع أو إجراء هندسة عكسية أو استغلال المحتوى أو الأنظمة المحمية الخاصة بأسواق 360 تجاريًا دون تصريح مسبق.

We may introduce, modify, suspend, replace or discontinue features, tools, indicators, content or services when reasonably necessary to improve, maintain or develop ASWAQ360.
